BSOD - tried lot of fixes - still need help

I've tried lots of fixes from google groups and MS KB articles and nothing
has changed the error.

stop A (E1441410, FF, 0, 8044E6E9 ) base address 0x80400000 = ntoskrnl.exe
E1441410 --- is not in driver space shown by dumpchk ??

i am looking to borrow a machine to do remote debug but at that point not
quite sure what i will need to do.

Lastly, I have looked at the Event Log and found these strange errors that
occured just before the first BSOD 9/22/05

Event Log:

Application popup: expwnd: wintask.exe - Application Error : The instruction

"read".

Application popup: expwnd: exp.exe - Application Error : The instruction at

"read".

Application popup: SysFader: Explorer.EXE - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x02529522" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory
could not be "read".

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled
or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to
start the service Norton Ghost with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{F3DC957F-00CA-4D2A-A9AD-03FA855AAE38}

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050
(0xa018f000, 0x00000000, 0x819e50fc, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini092205-01.dmp.

Follow Up:

I also found event application errors for {PerfDisk, rasctrs }

rasctrs:
The description for Event ID ( 2001 ) in Source ( rasctrs ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.

PerfDisk:
Unable to open the Disk performance object. Status code returned is data
DWORD 0.
