Hello abages,

Any malware can be named anything - so you should check where the files of
the running processes are located on your disk. If a "non-Microsoft" .exe
file is located in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder, then there
is a high risk for a virus, spyware, trojan or worm infection!

PowerReg Scheduler is a registration scheduler. Periodically attempts to
connect to the Internet. Gathers unknown information. PowerReg Scheduler
registration system used by some Legitimate software programs. Registration
reminder as used by Iomega, Hasbro and Microprose - amongst others. (Also
installed with games).

This application is Adware and may attempt to change your browser settings
as well as displaying ads and business websites. PowerReg Scheduler reminds
the user to register various software products.

Do a system restore. Pick a restore checkpoint prior to the installation.
