Media problem with XP

I can't get video or audio streaming with my computer running XP on the
network. The computer running Win 2000 works good. I installed Win Media,
then uninstalled it and installed Winamp. Same thing. I can play CD's, and
all the programs that use audio work on the computer but I can't listen to
radio stations or watch CNN movie clips. Any idea why it works with Win 2000
but not on the computer with XP?

Hi have you allowed popups, only i found i had to allow popup and
active x to allow it to work.
