Media Player Won't Start

In Outlook Express, I used to be able to click on small MPG files which
would open Windows Media Player to view them. Now, the Download Manager
starts. Is there any way to have Media Player open to play the file? Thanks
for any help.

Are you referring to OE slideshow?

[[OE6 Users Warning!
All support for the slide show has been removed from OE6. If the slideshow
registry values exist in OE6, you will be unable to see image previews at
all, and will receive a scripting error message each time you view such a
message. If you already made these changes under OE5 and have now upgraded
to OE6, you must remove the 2 registry values.]]
How do I enable the slideshow when previewing pictures?
