media center update problem

unable to download the following files when updated my ms media center.
Microsoft Windows installer 3.1
Windows XP update program (KB898461)
Windows Genuine Advantage tool (KB892130)

Actually, the Windows Update groups would be more appropriate. This isn't a Media Center issue. These updates all install fine on MCE 2005 machines.

Please provide the details of any error messages or other information you receive when you try to download these updates.
