media center my dvd problems

HELP
In the my dvd of xp media center the dvd will not play
correctly it plays a part of the dvd then goes to a green
screen,then play a little more of the dvd then goes green
again and stays green. If anyone can help it would stop
me a worrying.

Hi, Windows Media Canter and Windows Media Player will use whatever DVD
Decoder you have installed. The most popular are WinDVD, PowerDVD, and
nvDVD. Reinstall whatever decoder you use should help fix this problem.

l have power dvd installed already but also have the disc
how would l do this. sorry not very hi tech.

Hi, Put the disc in your CD-ROM and it should load the installer. Then just
follow the dialog. If you should need more help post in the newsgroup
