McAfee not starting on schedule

I'm hoping someone can help me, my McAfee anti virus is not starting on
schedule. I checked in the scheduled task folder in control panels and
everything is ok. Even in the McAfee options, the schedule is checked
off and time is correct. I even went into services, and all is fine
there too. This all happened last week for no reason, everything was
working just fine, then all of a sudden, it stops working! I have no
idea what to do next. I even called the help line at McAfee, the guy was
a total jerk and knew nothing, I ended up hanging the phone up, it was
that bad!
I got the McAfee from Comcast, it's free, and I even uninstalled it, and
installed it again, still does not work on schedule.

Call Comcast for support. Contrary to what you believe, you are paying
for Comcast and get the software for having their service. Not just
anyone can have their software.
