Hi, Is there anyway to format forms so that when you switch between them,
they are always maximized when you go back? - I have a series of forms
showing data and I want to allow users to view other forms via a command
button, I have everything working fine but when I swith back to the first
form it has moved and needs to be adjusted using the scroll bars ??? - is
there a simple fix to suit all forms - help !!

The "Windows Way" is to allow the user to have command of their own desktop,
not to force your own ideas of how things should look. If I have any other
option, I simply do not use any application that forces maximized windows,
because that is not the way I want to work. If it's an Access database, I
can usually find a way in, and remove the properties/code; if it's something
else, I just look for an alternative.

I suggest you rethink your approach and consider that, very likely, few
users really want you "taking control away from them".

Larry, I worked it out for myself by putting the DoCmd.Maximize in the
forms_Activate area, but I not really sure what your getting at, I asked a
simple question and you seem in my view to be agressive in your reply, i was
not tryingto take control away from anyone i just wanted my database to look
ok, whats your thoughts Irene ?
