Mass E-mail from Access

The database I am using is in Access 2003.

I have a database that has data for 300+ e-mail accounts. Each week I want
to send each recipient their own report out of this database. We use Novell
Groupwise for e-mail.

There are only two tables that might come into play.
One has all the records (5000+) and is called "ProviderReport"

The other has an unduplicated list of recipients (300+) and is called
"ProviderEmailList"

The report is called "AttendingProvider_RPT" and is based on a query called
"ProviderReport03"

Is there a quick easy way to do this right out of Access? Or do I need
third party software to do this?
