Margins offset

Problem:
Word documents in page preview show with a 2.67 margin at
the bottom of page and it prints in that same format as
well. I enter 1 inch margin but then I get an error
message...(blah blah blah..fix margin.) If i say ignore
nothing happens and if I click on yes then it goes back to
2.67 margin. Is this a software issue? Printer Driver
issue? I'm running into a wall with this problem.

At the moment were on a network so my other co-workers are
getting other symptoms such as their margins getting
pushed to the right. Another symptom is that the clip art
images dont show in page preview or when you print.

Changing the margins in Page Setup DOES NOT work.

If anyone can lead me in the right direction I would
greatly appreciate it.

Have you installed the Service Pack for Office?

Have you updated your printer driver? There is a XP driver on the HP site.
