MAPI Profiles and Exchange Mailbox Moves

Hi,

We are migrating users from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003. Clients that are
using Outlook 2003 cached mode are not having their MAPI profile update
correctly and they go offline when opening Outlook. This same occurance
happens if you move a user from one storage group to another within Exchange
2003. These users are NOT being moved across Exchange org's or Routing groups
so I don't think the Exchange Profile update package is of any use. Any ideas
what might cause this as it generates a lot of support requests.
