Maped Network Drive isn't accessable

Just got a new laptop with Vista Premium on it. Want to connect it to my
home network which runs XP. The drives map and show up in My Computer,
however when I want to connect from one to the other I get the following
error: "Windows cannot access \\OTHER DRIVE\c" My permissions on both
machines is everyone has access to everything. When I press the Diagnose
button I get that "c" is available but the user account that you are logged
on with was denied access.

How do I get access?

Also make sure you have assigned permissions on Security tab. Or this search
