Manipulating size of Venn Diagrams

For some reason I am unable to manipulate the size of each circle in the Venn
Diagram in word. I'd really like to play with the circle sizes to make the
proportions different. Is there any way to do this and still use this feature?

On the Diagram Toolbar click the Layout button & select AutoLayout, then
have your way with the shapes.
