Managing Add-ons

I am the administrator of my computer. Why can I not enable some disabled
items on my computer? I have 3 items in my toolbar that will not show up.
Yahoo Companion, Yahoo Companion BHO and Norton Anti-Virus. They are not able
to be enabled when I go to "manage add-ons. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks
in advance!
