Managing 2003 User Cals

Is there a tool that will allow me to see who is using the per user cals on
my Windows 2003 terminal server? I have a feeling that there isn't but it
doesn't hurt to ask.

Thank you

No, because they are not allocated to any user. Per-User TSCALs are totally
unmanaged (at this point). When a user logs onto a 2003 TS in per-user mode,
it only checks for the existence of an activated 2003 TSLS w/ Per-User
TSCALs, if there are any loaded the session is allowed.
