Making Space and cleaning house

I am making space so I don't have any problems while Iam taking classes over
the internet. I have ran a disk clean up and I have almost 3,000 kb in
temporary internet files 4,500 kb in temporary files 129,000 kb in
WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files and almost 2,000 kb in compress old
files. Then of course there is the Recycle Bin of almost 48,000 kb. It says
The Description is: Downloaded Program Files are ActiveX controls and Java
applets downloaded automatically from the internet when you view certain
pages. They are temporarily stored in the downloaded program files folder on
my hard disk. My questions are: Which of, if not all of, are safe to delete
to make space and which ones are safe to delete that I don't need ? Please
SomeOne Help As Soon As Possible. I am patiently waiting before I go any
further. Please help me if you know. Thank you.

You should be able to delete all of them without problem..

If you use the Disk Cleanup tool to clean up your Recycle Bin files,
Temporary files of any sort, or Setup Log files, you cannot get them back. I
would leave the Downloaded Program Files unchecked, so that you don't have to
re-download Flashplayer, Windows Update Controls, Java Runtime, Windows
Genuine Advantage Check, etc., everytime you need to use those plug-ins.
When running the Disk Cleanup tool, try the More Options tab, and under
System Restore, choose "Clean-up..." to remove all but the most recent of
your Restore Points (this should clean-up quite a bit of, if not the most,
space on your hard disk).
