Disk Cleanup

Is it safe to delete the files that show on Disc clean up? For example, I
can free up 3,169 KB fir /temporary Internet Files; 289,034K for Office Setup
Files; 181,333K for Temporary Files; 32 KB WebClient/Pulisher Temporary
Files; and 364,125K for Compress old files. If I delete these files will it
effect anything that is still on the computer that I use? I appreciate any
help you can give me, thanks Jo

Tinkie,
Yes, I use it about once a week and have had no problems. The "compress old
files" may give you problems as it does with some XP users [it will hang at
that point]; if so, come back and so state as there is a fix.

Hi

If you 'clean up' the MS Office files, you will need to provide the MS
Office CD if any updates are available.
