If you do not use or need the WebClient service, disable it.
Disabling the WebClient service might speed up network browsing, but it will
prevent access to web-resident network places, such as free disk storage
from your ISP.
Disabling the WebClient service will make WebClient/Publisher Temporary
Files disappear completely from Disk Cleanup.
Disabling the WebClient service will also make the folder and index.dat file
disappear.
What's in it, 32KB? Probably an index.dat file. Disk Cleanup does not
delete the index.dat file.
