Make Outlook 2003 look like Outlook 2000?

I know this will sound like a stupid question but is there a setting that
makes Outlook 2003 look like Outlook 2000 (other than "reinstall Outlook
2000?<G>)? Some our users have been using Outlook 2000 for five years and
don't like the new look.

Thanks,

Arch

Without knowing what features they used, here are some hints. (It can't be
made to look exactly like OL2000.)

The reading pane can be configured to run at the bottom or off (see View >
Reading Pane)

They can select the folder list button (bottom left and it looks like a
folder) to have the folder list displayed

If the don't like the new grouping, the view can be modified via View >
Arrange by > Current View > Define Views. Modify Messages. Other Settings
button.

The Outlook Bar is now called "Shortcuts" (See Arrow to right icon in lower
left of main window)

FWIW, it took me about 3 months to get used to the new interface.
