Make Contact Tabs Visible

We recently upgraded to Outlook 2007. In 2003, the following tabs; General,
Details, Activities, etc. were located across the top of each contact. In
the newer 2007 version, they've been added to the "show" box.

I know they're still there because I see them across the top once again when
I'm in "design this form" view. But when I save and close the contact, they
disappear. Is there an option to make them permanently visible across the
top?
