Make Changes to "Opens with"

Is it possible to uncheck the "Always use the selected program to open this
kind of file" box. Windows associates the .sav files of three of my games
with only one of them. If I change what one games .sav files opens with, it
forces the others to use the same. Two of the games are giving me problems
and I can't find any other source.

Try this:

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Select "Tools" from the menu bar
3. Select "Folder Options..."
4. Click on the "File Types" Tab
5. Find and select SAV on the list of file extensions
6. Click DELETE
7. Click YES
8. Click OK

That should remove any program associations from the .SAV file type.
