Maintaining user profiles with a fresh install of XP on a 2000 mac

I have a network of Windows 2000 SP4 Machines and we haver decided to go to
XP Pro.

I would like to perform clean installs on all of my machines.

Does anyone know of a tool that will extract all of the existing user
profiles and settings from the W2K mahines, store them in a temporary
location and restore them back to the machines after the machine is loaded
with XP?

This way when the user logs onto thier machine afterwards, thier desktop,My
docs, Outlook settings, quicklaunch, etc. all appear exactly the same as they
did when the machine was W2K.

Thank you

Bad move.

Good move.

See the post from Carey, but why bother with all that? If you were
running roaming profiles like you should be, you would not need to do
anything. Their settings and Outlook profiles would get replicated at
first log on.
