Mailing label format

I recently began having trouble when creating mailing labels. For some
reason when I enter a specific type of label and view the full sheet on my
screen, there are no lines determining the size of the labels. Basically, it
looks like a blank page, and the lines are there, but invisible. Is there an
option to have the lines visible? I cannot seem to find it...

In Word, click on Table | Show Gridlines.
