Mail Merge Labels from Word 2007

In trying to use the Wizard to produce labels from Word 2007 when I try to
match fields in the Address Block the mailing address fields are not
available to select to match. How do I get these fields to become available
data for the labels?

Start the merge from Outlook so you will have access to Outlook's fields,
not Word's.
