Mail import issues.

I recently set up my windows mail so I could send email through other
programs on my computer. During setup, I chose the option to NOT import all
of my emails from my outside email, but the first time I send an email
through windows mail, it imported the emails any way. I checked my online
email account and it removed all of my email. I need to be able to access my
email from various computers, so I need my mail back into my online account.
Anybody know how to do this?

Thanks

WinMail didn't import all your mail, it downloaded it from the server. The
only way to get it back on the Web server is to forward it, and that will
change all the headers.

This should have been done to prevent what happened.

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: Leave a copy of
messages on the server.

Instead of mentioning your mail provider as a mysterious "outside email"
it would have been helpful if you had specified the name of your mail provider.
Different providers have different policies and provisions.
