Macro Security Option Missing!!

I cannot change the level of my macro security to Low
because there is no securty option when i click tools ,
macro from the file menu.

I am working off a newly installed access 2003, anyone
heard of this problem or know a fix.

The error message i get is that i need JET service pack 8
or later to enable sandbox mode..I installed 7, and i do
not see a service pack 8 avaialvble anywhere!

You need to reset your menubar. Right-click the menubar and choose
customize. Select the Menu Bar and hit reset. The macro security option
should now be there.
