Machine keeps rebooting

My machine keeps rebooting and i get the following error in the system log

Event ID 1003

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 ffafe000, parameter2 00000002, parameter3
00000000, parameter4 f9ba8f2d.

Please help this is driving me nuts and it keeps happening every 30 minutes
