Please keep one thread don't open a new one, as Mark advice is the best to

Sorry about starting a new thread, but after reading Mark's first reply I
realized that I had inadvertantly given the wrong file name from the error
message. It is actually lassas (with a lower case "L") not Issas As I had
originally posted. The WikiAnswer site mentioned deleting all issas and ass
files, but to be on the lookout for lssas.exe, so I am assuming this is a
ligit file, not a virus. The message is Sorry lssas.exe has encountered a
problem and must close. It also gives an option to send a report to
Microsoft (which I did) just does not seem like a virus to me. Even after I
replied to Mark about the error in the file name he sent me more anti virus
instructions, so felt it was time to start over.
