Press F8 while your m/c is starting.
Safe mode will load the rudimentary items to allow your m/c to run.
If you have access to another w2k m/c, call up help and search for "Safe". This will tell
you about safe mode.

You should be able to kill the virus from there (run stinger, whatever).
