Scott, you probably have to many programs running at one time. Go to
Start>Run type: msconfig
and select Startup See what you can uncheck there and don't really
need. Also rt click on taskbar
and select Task Manager>Applications. You can close a few there.
In Windows XP? That is an extremely rare occurrence.
"system dangerously low on system resources" is an error message most
often associated with computers running Windows 95/98/Me.
