Louts Notes (Dominio) Connector

I have the connector setup with Outlook 2003 going to a Domino 6 mail server.
I can receive mail just fine and folders seem to sync up correctly but
whenever I send mail it just sits in my inbox. No other mail accounts are
configured. I have tried uninstalling the connector and outlook and
reinstalling with the same results. I had this working just fine on another
machine. Anybody got any ideas?
