Lots of Problems

Just a quick suggestion - and a serious one.
Why not quit charging $35 to talk to/chat with an actual MicroSoft person?
These forums alone demonstrate that MS products are a pain when trying to
integrate them with other services (email in particular). My list of friends
who have ditched Outlook or any other MS product because of the headaches is
growing daily. I'm about to join them if no one has pity on me and answers
my question in the forum (about being unable to reliably send email using MS
Outlook 2002).

A couple smart MS troubleshooters could surf through the posts and solve
hundreds of issues every day for folks (i.e. keep customers happy) - and give
the right answer (with open forums, you can never be absolutely sure what
advice you'll get...)

Pity? I think not.

If you are having trouble reliably sending e-mail, the
trouble probably lies either with your internet connection
(You should contact your ISP.) or the existence of spyware.

Several of the Computer Club member's computers that I have
worked on recently with internet connection problems were
so loaded with competing spyware programs that the systems
had bogged down and disconnected. Try downloading,
installing, updating and scanning with Ad-aware:

So, you want something for nothing? And how would you feel if your employer
told you that they expect you to work for them but they weren't going to pay
you?

Not at all.

A miniscule amount.

State the problems, EXACTLY what you've tried, what versions of software
you're using, the EXACT text of the error messages you get.

Happens all the time. The vast majority of the questions asked here are
answered quickly and correctly.
