lost web pages links

As a result of an upgrade in our office, all my microsoft applications are
messed up. I am unable to easily open my web sites now in FP. When I go to
Open web sites, I can only open individual pages,
I also had my FP set to open the files list of my most recent site on
opening. That has been lost and I get a link that is not where my documents
are stored.
How can I restore my initial settings?

I don't believe you can. The lists, if I remember correctly as I don't have
FP on this machine in order to check, are stored in the Windows Registry as
with most MS products. Only a backup of the registry would contain the
values of the lists. There probably isn't a backup of the registry settings
though since it takes a specific backup action to save it.

Thanks for the reply. So I would have to recreate the sites in my FP again?
Does that mean that in order to do that I will need to open every single page
in every web site that I have? I have 5 that I use (3 main ones) so this
would take some time.

Also how can I set FP so that my main web site opens on the main page. It
seems to be defaulting to some odd setting.
