How to get rid of Web Site view on startup?

Not sure why, but now when FP starts, it comes up with a tab titled Web Site and
shows the contents of \My Documents\My Web Sites.

The big problem is, I keep individual web sites in their own folder off the C:
drive. I don't want to use My Documents, and there is no way to switch to the C:
drive that I can find. Of course I can open a file from the File menu, but I
don't want that tab on the screen

Some Googling mentioned IIS as a possible cause. It was installed, but I removed
it from Windows components.

Any clues?

With FrontPage open click Tools > Options.
On the General tab uncheck: "Open last website automatically when FrontPage Starts."
Click OK.
Close and Reopen FrontPage.
