Lost revisions to e-mail Word document attachment

Does anyone know where a document goes when you open it from an Outlook
e-mail, revise it and then click on close in Word? I thought I had saved it
on my hard drive before I started editing, but apparently I did not.

Thanks.

That helps some, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to locate the
registry that contains the folder I need, that is - the Temporary Outlook
Files folder.

Windows Explorer does not allow you to browse subfolders of Temporary
Internet Files. You can still get to those folders, however, if you know
their names. In the Address field of Windows Explorer, enter the full exact
path that you saw in the registry and click Go.

The problem is that I can't locate the folder stored in the registry. I find
no paths even remotely close to the one suggested in "How-To-Outlook"
instructions.

Thank you Roady! I used the tool and located my file. Much appreciated -
saved me an hour of work I would have had to do over.

It is on every PC I've examined that has Outlook installed.
