lost my current password

Help! I saved my password for my website years ago so all I had to do was
"click" on it when I uploaded new information- but our web host upgraded
their service and for some reason i lost my password - and I can't remember
it now - and it won't let me change the password without knowing the current
password - how do I get around that...????? Help...
