Trying to publish in FrontPage and lost password

I was updating my website and tried to publish which requires a password.
It's been a while since I updated the site and forgot the password. Do you
know how to find the lost password? Probably a simple solution, but not when
you don't know it.

If you are talking about the password issued by your remote host, you'll
have to contact them.

I thought that was the case, but it didn't seem to work. I'll contact them
and see if they can walk me through it. Thanks.
