Lost Lock Toolbar option

I can no longer unlock my tool bars because the option no longer appears when
I right click the toolbar. How do I unlock the toolbars now?

Try to run regedit and browse to the following registry key(s):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions
Look for value "NoToolbarOptions" (disables the ability to change toolbar
selection). If the value is set to "1" restriction is enabled - to
disable change its value to "0" or just delete it.

Thanks for the information, but neither of those keys exist in my registry. I
even did a search of my registry and the term "notoolbaroption" does not
exist! Any other suggestions? Thanks
