Lost link to other pages in website

The Home page in my website template was a technical file so I copied the new
home page into that file, but now it seems I have lost all the links to the
other pages . Can you please help me restore those internal links

What do you mean "copied the new page into that file"? If you overwrote the
file then it's gone, unless you have a back up.

Hi David, In the folder menu I clicked and draged the "site index html" I
wanted into the home page "index html". The home page now comes up correctly
but does not link to the other pages. There are flash player buttons where
the links should be, and which still are in the other pages, but not the home
page. If that makes sense. And No I don't think I have a back-up.

When you dragged the new page over did it replace the page that was there or
is the original "home" page gone? If the original page is there, try
renaming the new page to something like "test.htm" and see if the home page
comes back up. You may have just changed which file the site thinks is the
home page. If the original page is gone then you overwrote it and without a
back up you'll have to re-create it.
