Lost folders

My PC crashed a while ago and when I rebooted and went
into Outlook Express all of my folders had been deleted.
I had dozens of folders, one for each client etc. All of
the emails in the sent box are still there as are all of
the rules but everyhting in the other folders including
the inbox has been deleted. Is there any way I can get
these emails back?
