How do I retrieve deleted emails and folders?

Today my computer froze and I rebooted it, when it came back on, all my
emails in my Outlook Express were gone and all my folders but one are gone,
too. The original folders are still there, the Inbox, Outbox, Sent and
Deleted.

I went into Windows Explorer and it shows that the folders are there, I can
see the name of all the folders plus the personal folder that didnt get
deleted. It just isn't showing up in Outlook express.

Can anyone explain how I can retrieve all these emails and folders so they
show up in outlook again? Every email in the inbox and deleted and sent are
completely gone.

This is very important and I must get these files retrieved. Thank you!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
