Lost dual monitors updrading to XP Pro

I just upgraded from Win 98 to Win XP Pro and found that I
had lost my second monitor. I have the primary monitor on
an ATI All-In-Wonder 128 AGP and it works just fine. The
second monitor is on an ATI Rage Pro PCI and it won't
start. "The device cannot start - Code 10", whatever that
means. I've tried everything I can think of but I can't
get that PCI card to start. The last driver update for it
was released in 2001 but it didn't help. Anyone have an
idea how to fix this? Please reply to the email address
too, if possible.

Code 10

This device is either not present, not working properly, or does not have
all the drivers installed. (Code 10). Try upgrading the device drivers for
this device.

To resolve this error code, make sure the device is connected to the
computer correctly. For example, make sure all cables are plugged in fully
and that all adapter cards are properly seated.

Follow the suggested solution button and update the device driver. It may be
possible to remove the device and redetect it using the Add New Hardware
wizard.
