Lost Disc

I purchased word2000 in 2000. My new computer had problems, i had to do full system recovery, lost all downloaded programs, I need to re-install word 2000 and I cannot find my disc. I have the product Key code but when trying to put it in it doesn't work to ask for support help. Can anyone tell me how to go about reloading this program?
