Lost connection when another computer goes on network

When i am either on the internet or trying to connect to it i can't or i can
but the connection lasts at most a minute. This issue arises when one
specific computer is turned on. This computer is connected by ethernet. THe
others that cannot connect are using wireless connections.

THis problem is a recent one and i can't seem to figure out why. Its too
much of a coincedence that when that one computer is on and connected that
the other computer can't. I'm racking my brain on this one.

I've tried moving closer, right up on the modem/router/access point.
Sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't. The connection is just
unreliable. I tested ethernet connection and that works just fine on any of
the other computers. I recently installed network magic on all the computer
that are using wireless connections but i dont' see how that would effect my
connections. All i know for sure is when that one computer is connected, all
the others can't.

I can't remove the computer because its owned by the head of our household
so i have to be diplomatic about it because they got defensive when i was
trying to ask them about the internet connection.

Hi
You have to check the Router's DHCP server it might Not provide the number
of IPs that are needed for all computers.
