lost all pictures

I lost all my pictures, videos, and documents as a result of, i'm only
guessing here, creating user accounts on my computer. I'd like to know if
it's possible to retieve them. Someone please help me!!

What exactly did you do that leads you to think this?

Try doing a search, including *all* locations, for *.doc and *.jpg.

If those don't find the files, stop, shut down the machine, and investigate
data recovery software or services. .

If the files were deleted, using the machine increases the chances that they
will be overwritten.
