Looking for spam blocker product

Hello,

Does anyone know of a product by microsoft or any other company that is a
spam blocker? I have outlook 2003 and am getting a lot of spam. I tried the
rules wizard and the add senders to blocked list but they are still getting
through.

I have used Cloudmark Desktop (http://www.cloudmark.com/) successfully
for many years. It catches almost 100% ot the spam, with near zero false
positives. Not free, but very effective.
