Just how many words does that document have? How readable is it? Grade
school level? College level? Using a word too often? How many times and
where?
Doc Stats scans text, html and rtf files to determine the exact number
of words, sentences, syllables, characters, characters per word, and
syllables per word. Limited word frequency analysis is also performed.
Requirements: Windows 9x/ME/2K/XP
Scanning Documents browse folders and click on a document. For
documents that don't use periods to indicate the end of a sentence,
such as collections of recipes or lyrics, check the "linebreaks are
sentences" checkbox.
Note: only words that occur more than once, and documents smaller than
2MB are displayed by word analysis.

Displays publication data for Reader ebooks.
One unresolved issue with Reader is viewing publication data for an
ebook. Once the data is compiled into the ebook, it can still be
accessed by Reader, but there is a catch - Reader does not have a menu
function to allow access to the information.
LITview provides a simple and easy way to view publication data and
cover thumbnails for a Reader ebook. Right-click on a .lit file and
select "Publication Data" on the context menu. A popup window shows any
available information about the ebook.
Requirements: Windows 9x/ME/2K/XP
Known issues: Some older lit files may not display information. LITview
has not been tested with DRM protected lit files, so publication data
for those ebooks may not be available.
