logout delay with Terminal services

Hi,

We are having problems logging out of a terminal server.
The problem started when we applied service pack 4 to our
Windows 2000 server. Now, whenever someone connects to
the server via terminal services, does his/her work, then
logs out, it takes about 5 minutes before the user can
log out of the server and the window closes.

Has anyone else seen this?
Is there any fix to this problem?

Have you checked the EventLog on the TS?
If you see a lot of EventID 1000 with Source Userenv, then
I would download and install the UPHClean utility:
