loging on to secure sites

I am unable to logon to my secure websitesfrom my computer, ex: bank,
insurance, etc. They do not accept my id name or passwords. It just refreshes
to the first page asking for information. I can logon from other computers.

You have disabled cookies for those sites. Your browser has ways to
remove one (or many). Read help. I don't know what browser you are
using.

I am also having problems with secure website. I am using internet explorer
and I on some web sites I can get by the id and password page only to be
unable to downlaod secured content. Other times the password page won't let
me in.
