login problem

I have a win xp user who login to a win nt 4 pdc. there is
a small script for this user that map drives. I have add
a drive map to his script but it will not take. If I
login as the user and go the netlogon folder and duble
click the bat file it dose run and I do get the drive.
This should be done every time the user login. but it not
run it. I have made a new script with new name and changed
what script that user use and it still maps the old drives>


any idea

assuming it runs logon script but not map the drive, I would ad echo on to
check the status.
